Statement of FaithCalvary Chapel has been formed as a fellowship of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational church, nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only to their over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to the division of the Body of Christ. We believe the only true basis of Christian fellowship is Christ’s (Agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess, and without which we have no right to claim ourselves Christians. We believe worship of God should be spiritual. Therefore, we remain flexible and yielded to the leading of the Holy Spirit to direct our worship. We believe worship of God should be inspirational. Therefore, we give great place to music in our worship. We believe worship of God should be intelligent. Therefore, our services are designed with great emphasis upon the teaching of the Word of God that He might instruct us how He should be worshipped.

March 22nd – join Brewers as they minister at Amie Holt Nursing Home Beginning in February - ladies Bible study "Live Intimately Lessons from the upper room" by Lenya Heitzig. 10 weeks, 20 minutes a day. Books are $10 and this study will meet on Tuesdays at 10am at the church (childcare provided) or at 1:30pm at the Friese's. Helps Group 1st & 3rd Wednesdays at 1pm at the church - see Kasandra Brewer for more details Tuesdays at 10 am – Mom’s Bible Study group – childcare provided Wed nights - Bible Study in Ephesians at 6:30pm Wed nights – “Beauty & the Pig” godly beauty - for girls 10 & up at 6:30pm Wed nights – Study for boys age 10 and up at 6:30pm– Nathan Gilbert Thursdays at 6 p.m. - Youth Drama, ages 10 and up Monthly Ladies Brunch – 1st Saturday of each month, studying the names of God. See Janie Long if you are willing to host a brunch in your home. Men’s Breakfast Bible Study – 3rd Saturday each month Ministry Needs KSLW – 1-2 more volunteers for Mon-Wed afternoons – see Joli or Andrea Cleaning the church 1x a month – 1 more person needed – see Reggie 1 Sunday School teacher to fill in for Andrea periodically - 3 to 5th grade - see Celeste Nursery Helpers –see Brandee / Wed
